DESCRIPTION:Individual sessions for up to eight students.  Whether you are just starting out with Josh or working at an advanced level\, this clinic is open to all riders and optimizes the learning experience for you and your horse.  With an hour of one-on-one instruction each day\, Josh is able to customize a training progression that is best suited for meeting your horse’s needs; in addition to your lesson time\, you are welcome to observe all other student lessons and practice your horse homework from Josh before your lesson the next day.  The learning in these clinics will develop your understanding of key Relational Horsemanship principles and help get you and your horse onto the best possible track.\n\nNot seeing any clinics that fit your schedule? DESCRIPTION:For those who want to make serious strides in their horsemanship but simply can’t commit to the regular mentorship program\, our new Mini Mentorship session is the perfect solution. You will work intensively with Josh and three other students all day for four days\, then have a two-day break (trust us — you will need it!)\, then go for four more days. While the sessions will be challenging\, you can expect to make substantial progress that will make a real difference for you and the horses you ride and train. \n–    4-person format \n–     8 days total (Tues-Fri\, then Mon-Thur) \n–    Application must be submitted and approved to participate  \n

SUMMARY:Day Work Program
DESCRIPTION:Day Work is a more demanding format than a typical clinic. In this setting\, you will work with Josh and your horse all day\, for four days. This is a much more intense learning environment than what you may have experienced before and requires a greater degree of mental and physical endurance. However\, people consistently report that what they get out of Day Work is of tremendous value\, with obvious results. During these sessions\, you may spend time in the arena\, on the trail\, or out working with cattle. Focus is placed on developing skills and testing them.
